Entre os temas abordados por ele durante as aulas estão às diferenças e semelhanças entre empresa e a administração pública como empregadora. "Sempre que a lei faz referência ao termo cargo, está se referindo ao regime estatutário. Quando a lei faz referência a emprego público, está se referindo ao regime da CLT (...). A estabilidade é própria ao serviço público. É uma proteção a função, a sociedade, não ao pessoal, e esse não é um tema pacífico.", explica o professor. As aulas vão tratar ainda da definição de empregador, os riscos da atividade econômica, a terceirização, os grupos econômicos, a administração pública e a sucessão.
